Our Credentials
Riva Ridge Memory Care Center is registered as a Type B small, Alzheimer's certified, Assisted Living Facility licensed by Texas Health and Human Services Department. By having both an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility on-site, we are able to care for your loved ones no matter how minor or major their medical needs.
Our Personalized Plans
Experience customized living at our assisted living facility. We provide specialized care services tailored to your needs in conjunction with home health and hospice support. Select from a private or shared room and rest assured that all meals, housekeeping and personal care services are included.
We offer nutritious home-cooked meals and physician-ordered diets with alternate selections available. There are community activities such as games, crafts, exercise and even some gardening to foster friendships and a sense of belonging. You can select your own physician to visit your loved ones from the variety of practices that visit our community.
